This prestige property is home away from home with everything you will need to make your holiday a relaxing and enjoyable one.
This home boasts a kitchen with everything you will need to cook up a storm for your family holiday. There is a microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge and granite bench tops with plenty of space. Off the kitchen area there is a breakfast dining area overlooking the outdoor entertaining area and pool. The children’s games room is also overlooking the pool and has a large table tennis, Play Station, T.V, DVD Player and Austar (Pay TV). There are plenty of things in here to keep the children entertained, while the parents relax in the formal lounge room or enjoy soaking up the sun by the pool. There is also a BBQ to enjoy the lovely outdoor climate Queensland has to offer.
All the bedrooms are located upstairs except one, which has its own entrance to the two way bathroom downstairs. There is a double fold out sofa couch if needed for a couple of extra children. Upstairs is the main bedroom and three other rooms. The main bedroom is spacious and boasts floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lovely water views and pool, it also has its own private balcony with a small outdoor setting. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a set of bunks and the fourth bedroom has 2x single beds. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans and built in robes.
The laundry is located downstairs. There is a security garage with a remote for two cars and also off street parking, a total of 4 cars can park on the property.
This spacious home is perfect for the large family or maybe two families looking to escape together for their holiday. Located across the road from a park, and is within walking distance to the beach.
Linen is not supplied but may be hired through our office or you are welcome to bring your own.
