Woodvale Lodge is a spacious 2 bedroom house located in a quiet cul-de-sac in prestigious Woodvale. It is only a 4 minute walk to a shopping centre with a supermarket and the popular British pub, known as the Moon and Sixpence. Also just a ten minute walk is Lake Goollelal and the Yellagonga Reserve which offers spectacular scenery and wildlife. The house is only 3km from the freeway and an easy 20 minutes drive to Perth City. This luxury home has a spacious open plan design with a massive indoor furnished sunroom area with BBQ, water feature and heat therapy room (Sauna), which leads to the garage ( one parking space) and a sunny private rear garden with sun loungers and table and chairs. The property has quality furnishings throughout and is fully air-conditioned for the hot summers and gas heating for the cold 16 degree days!!.
Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and en-suite and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and en-suite. The as new kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and large double door fridge/freezer. There is also a formal dining room leading to the large family room which has a TV, DVD and video player. A choice of Films and music CD’s are at your disposal. For those who use laptop computers broadband wi-fi is available throughout the home.
The lady owner (who works away from home and is seldom there) has a small apartment attached to the rear of the house which is fully self-contained. Guests have exclusive use of the private rear sunny garden.
A complimentary hospitality pack (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread & butter) is provided for arrival. All linen provided.
