Peter, Linda, Brett and the staff at Broadwater Houseboats have been providing quality houseboat holidays cruising the fabulous Gold Coast Broadwater since 1982. We have a fleet of 13 boats from 2 to 10 berths sized from 26’ to 47’ at reasonable rates to suite all occasions. Boats ideal for couples, families, groups and clubs to comfortably explore the fantastic waterways of the Gold Coast and Stradbroke Island .
We pride ourselves on providing clean, well maintained houseboats coupled with efficient old fashioned friendly service from your original enquiry to your departure at the end of your houseboat holiday. On arrival at the Marina to depart on your holiday, our friendly staff will welcome you and give you a hand to load onto your boat using our special trolleys.
Runaway Bay Marina provides a private off street car park which is security patrolled and flood lit at night. When settled onboard our experienced staff will give you a thorough briefing on operating your Houseboat safely and navigating in the Broadwater. We drive you out of the Marina and point you to a quiet anchorage where you can sit back and relax or if you’re into fishing we will show you all the hot spots.
Each boat is supplied with a comprehensive briefing book containing detailed navigational charts of the area, a large selection of suitable anchorage points and written information and instructions on how to operate your boat. On returning to the Marina our friendly staff will meet you and bring you back into the Marina where we refuel the boat and give you a hand to unload.
